Gregory Campbell was charged with DUI, aggravated assault and other offenses in connection with Saturday's 8:20 p.m. crash, police said.

Campbell was heading northbound and behind the wheel of a 2014 Dodge Dart when he lost control and it went airborne, the Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

The car went into a home on the 2800 block of Comly Road, trapping a 53-year-old female resident underneath the vehicle, police said.

The woman was transported to Jefferson-Torresdale Hospital, where she was listed in critical condition as of Sunday.

The crash killed one of the couple's two dogs, and a 45-year-old male resident suffered injuries to his hip, hand, arm, leg and back, authorities said. He was also hospitalized but in stable condition.

The couple’s other dog was reportedly being cared for by their veterinarian.
